1. Statutory withdrawal rights
Consumers buying at a distance generally have a 14-day statutory withdrawal period where the law applies. For Marketplace purchases, MHSWE calculates the normal 14-day calendar deadline from the recorded payment time. The applicable rules and exceptions still depend on the type of purchase and whether performance or digital delivery has begun.
2. Digital programs
Paid digital training programs may be delivered immediately when the consumer expressly requests immediate delivery and acknowledges the applicable consequence for the statutory withdrawal right. MHSWE records that checkout consent with the purchase.
3. Coaching services
Coaching services are separate from digital Marketplace program purchases. Withdrawal, commencement during a withdrawal period, cancellation and recurring-payment termination depend on the applicable coaching agreement and mandatory consumer law.
4. Refund processing
Where a Marketplace purchase is eligible for an automatic refund, MHSWE may start the refund through Stripe. Refund completion times can depend on Stripe, the card network and the consumer's payment provider. Where an automatic refund is not available, the request is still recorded for review.
5. Faults and complaints
Statutory rights relating to faulty or non-conforming digital content, digital services or other purchased services remain separate from withdrawal rights and are not limited by this page.
