Marketplace Terms

RELEASE NOTE

Stripe Connect and Marketplace payment processing are implemented. Before production release, the final seller-of-record, VAT/invoicing, refund-allocation and consumer disclosure wording must be verified so these terms match the legal structure of the live payment flow.

1. Marketplace purpose

The MHSWE Program Marketplace allows coaches to publish training programs for athletes to discover and, where offered, acquire as free or paid programs inside the MHSWE ecosystem.

2. Seller identity

Before a consumer completes a paid Marketplace purchase, the purchase flow must clearly identify the seller and whether the seller is acting as a business or private person where required. The final contractual, invoicing and consumer-law roles must match the production MHSWE and Stripe Connect payment architecture.

3. Program listings

Sellers must describe programs accurately, set lawful prices, avoid misleading claims and only publish material they have the right to sell or distribute. MHSWE may moderate, reject or remove listings that violate platform rules or applicable law.

4. Marketplace fee

MHSWE's V1 platform fee is 10% of paid program sales through the MHSWE Program Marketplace. Third-party payment processing fees apply separately where applicable. Free programs have no percentage-based MHSWE sales fee.

5. Purchaser access

After a successful verified purchase, the purchaser receives the program entitlement supported by MHSWE. Purchased programs may be protected from structural editing to preserve the purchased product while allowing the athlete to use it for training.

6. Consumer rights

Mandatory consumer rights apply and cannot be removed by these terms. Distance purchases may carry statutory withdrawal rights and digital-content or digital-service rules. The checkout must provide the required pre-contract information and any legally required consent or acknowledgment before immediate digital delivery is used to affect a withdrawal right.

7. Refunds and disputes

Refunds, withdrawal requests, defective digital content or services, unauthorized transactions and disputes are handled under applicable law, the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the payment arrangement used for the transaction.

8. Reviews and moderation

If reviews are enabled, users must submit genuine, relevant reviews. MHSWE may moderate spam, unlawful content, manipulation, harassment or reviews that violate platform rules.
