1. Who this policy covers
This Privacy Policy explains how MHSWE handles personal data when you use the MHSWE public website, Athlete App, Coach Platform, public Coach Directory, Marketplace and connected coaching features.
The final legal name, registration number and postal address of the entity operating MHSWE must be inserted before production release.
2. Data we may process
Depending on how you use MHSWE, data may include account and contact details, profile information, coach business/profile information, training programs, workouts, performance and PR data, coaching relationships, check-ins, messages, uploaded technique videos or images, competition information, transaction and entitlement records, support communications, device/technical information and security logs.
Public coach profiles only expose information a coach has chosen to make public through the public profile feature.
3. Why we use personal data
We use personal data to provide accounts and platform functionality; connect athletes and coaches; deliver programs, Marketplace ownership and coaching workflows; process and reconcile transactions; provide support; protect MHSWE against abuse and fraud; comply with legal obligations; and improve reliability and product functionality.
4. Legal bases
Depending on the processing, MHSWE may rely on performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests, or consent where consent is required. A production data-processing inventory should map each purpose and data category to its actual legal basis before launch.
5. Service providers and recipients
MHSWE uses service providers to operate the platform, including infrastructure/database/storage providers and payment providers. Payment card details should be handled by the payment provider rather than stored by MHSWE. Coaches and athletes may receive information from each other where necessary for their coaching relationship and the features they use.
6. International transfers
Some service providers may process or make data accessible outside the EU/EEA. Where this occurs, MHSWE must use an applicable transfer mechanism and safeguards required by data-protection law. The final production vendor and transfer inventory must be verified before release.
7. Retention
MHSWE keeps personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes for which it is processed, including account operation, transaction records, legal obligations, dispute handling and security. Production retention periods must be finalized for each major data category before release.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, restrict or object to certain processing, receive portable data in applicable cases, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.
Requests can be sent to info@mhswe.se.
9. Security
MHSWE uses technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal data. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials and should contact MHSWE if they suspect unauthorized access.
10. Children
The permitted minimum age and any parental-consent requirements must be finalized before production distribution. MHSWE will apply age-related requirements required by applicable law and app-store rules.
11. Changes
We may update this policy as MHSWE develops. Material changes will be communicated where required by law. The current version will be available through MHSWE.
