The 0 SEK / 5% / 10% pricing is included. Payment/payout liability wording remains deliberately provisional until Stripe Connect is implemented and the seller/payment roles are fixed.
1. Coach Platform access
The MHSWE Coach Platform is currently planned at 0 SEK/month. Coaches can use supported platform tools without a monthly MHSWE Coach Platform subscription.
2. Platform fees
The planned MHSWE V1 commercial model is a 5% MHSWE platform fee on coaching payments processed through the MHSWE coaching ecosystem and a 10% MHSWE platform fee on paid program sales through the MHSWE Program Marketplace. Third-party payment processing fees apply separately where applicable.
3. Coach responsibilities
Coaches are responsible for accurate profile and business information, lawful coaching services, appropriate qualifications or permissions required in their jurisdiction, their own tax and accounting obligations unless law or the payment arrangement assigns a specific obligation elsewhere, and professional communication with athletes.
4. Public Coach Directory
A coach may choose to make a sanitized public coach profile visible through the MHSWE public Coach Directory. Coaches are responsible for ensuring public profile information and uploaded media are accurate and lawful. Disabling the public-profile setting should remove the profile from public directory publication subject to normal processing/cache delays.
5. Athlete information
Coach access to athlete information is limited to platform features and coaching relationships made available by MHSWE. Coaches must use athlete personal data only for legitimate coaching and platform purposes and must not misuse, sell or improperly disclose athlete information.
6. Programs and intellectual property
Coaches retain rights they hold in original programs and content they create. By publishing or assigning content through MHSWE, the coach grants the permissions necessary for MHSWE to store, deliver, display and provide that content to authorized athletes and purchasers.
7. Payments, payouts and reserves
Final payout timing, Stripe Connect account requirements, refund allocation, chargebacks, negative balances, reserves and payment-provider responsibilities will be defined after the production Stripe Connect model is implemented. Coaches will also be subject to applicable payment-provider connected-account terms.
8. Enforcement
MHSWE may restrict listings or accounts for fraud, unlawful content, serious policy breaches, payment risk, infringement, abuse or conduct that threatens athletes or the platform. Where appropriate, MHSWE may request information needed to investigate a report or payment issue.
